Predictive Index Training programs are not subscription-based and are provided on a one-off basis. Training can be purchased by our clients on an individual basis unless otherwise provided in your client agreement. HRPA / SHRM for the CPD Program:
Predictive Index training as delivered by Elite Partner Predictive Success has been pre-approved again for the 2025 year with HRPA and SHRM for the CPD Program (Continuing Professional Development) . Any of our clients who attend the Drive Results with Talent Workshop in Ontario can use this workshop to qualify for 15 recertification hours towards their HRPA continuing qualification and 14 recertification hours towards SHRM for their professional development.

Classroom Expectations – Attendance, Punctuality & Preparedness
The Predictive Success Academy has attendance expectations of all attendees.
Our workshop experience is: 1) an exploration of knowledge; 2) a development of skills; and 3) an examination of professional competence with Predictive Index analytics for the workplace.. These are critical components of a quality Predictive Index adult education experience. Your company has invested good money for each attendee to fully attend our PI Workshops.
The program of instruction in our Predictive Index workshops (either virtual or in person) is based on an active and informed exchange between instructor and student and between student and student. Regular, prepared class attendance helps develop skills essential to the competent practice of a Predictive Index Certified Analyst.
Procedures for Taking Attendance: A continuing record will be kept of each student’s absences and late arrivals.
